Mini Butter Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup cold butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream

Method

  1. Place flour in a bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in sour cream until mixture holds together. vDrop by rounded tablespoonfuls into ungreased miniature muffin cups.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees F for 11-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from wire racks.
