Ingredients

2 1/4 cups biscuit baking mix
1/3 cup mashed potato flakes
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons sour cream

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and potato flakes. In another bowl, whisk the milk and sour cream. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  2. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until tops begin to brown. Serve warm.
